Mô Tả Công Việc

  1. Identify and propose solutions to enhance HR activities of assigned Hospitals.
  2. Implement approved solutions as plan.
  3. Participate corporate’s M&A projects, including due diligence, post merging integrations period as key person who in charge all HR functions
  4. Perform the role of HR Manager of assigned hospital which belong to Hoan My chain
  • Support in Set up and develop HR policies in recruitment, training, C & B.
  • Construct the company core competency in term of KPI set up.
  • Follow up the execution, update the company regulation, labor collective agreement.
  • Partner with leadership team on all aspects organizational effectiveness including staffing and recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, compensation management, training and development, coaching and employee relations.
  • Lead the implementation of hospital HR programs/initiatives.
  • Accountable for all HR policies, processes, procedures, programs and ensure compliance with corporate governance and local regulations.
  • Partner with Legal to ensure legal compliance with all applicable HR/Labour laws and regulations.
  • Lead the implementation of hospital budgeting.
  • Implementation of the HR - MIS through the reports system.
  • Implement group training policy and procedure, staff’s career development policy.
  • Implement orientation policy and procedure for new staff and refresh current staff.
  • Establish the training budget based on the TNA according to the Performance Appraisal Competencies Evaluation, financial situation and the business plan of the Company.
  • Analyse, in collaboration with relevant departments, training needs and future development of staff in the Company.
  • Apply training and staff career’s development policies for staff.
  • Evaluate with heads of department the result / effect of the training on the quality of work and generate feedback.
  • Facilitate and administer performance management program.
  • Review the recommendations and compiling a manpower plan for a financial year.
  • Diagnose talent management needs of the Company and to partner with business leaders to design and implement policies, programs and practices to enable the hospital to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of job description procedure, work instructions and staff’s competencies in collaboration with relevant heads of department.
  • Supervise the monthly payroll process, ensuring compliance with social insurance, health insurance, staff compensation and PIT calculation and the cost vs the budget.
  • Coordinate the staff performance review & appraisal programs.
  • Carrie out annual salary survey to ensure salaries, rewards and benefits remain competitive in the labour market in line with Group overall strategy.
  • Set up C & B programs which is appropriate to Corporate policies.
  • Guidance employees to aware of C & B policies and programs.
  • Develop and deploy employee relations programs to foster harmonious and supportive working environment, identify company climate/cultural issues based on analysis of employee relations, Employee Opinion Surveys and turnover data to develop and implement appropriate actions’ plan to address issues identified.
  • Lead, motivate and develop HR team and manage the operations of HR function.
  • Ensure the respect of safety, hygiene and working environment.
  • Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
  • Oversee the development of employee relations programs and activities, employee communications and other projects as needed. 
  • Strengthen the company culture with the implementation of the core values of the group.
  • Manages employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, and employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Identifies and monitor the organization culture so that it supports the attainment of the company goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
  • Develop/review/revise Internal labor regulation and employee handbook in accordance with the labor law and objectives of the management company.
  • Labor Law Compliance. Advise management regarding changes to Labor Codes, develop and update company regulations in accordance with current laws and company’s operation requirements.

 

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • BA degree, human management capital major is preferable
  • At least 05 year experience in role of general HR, hospitality experience is preferable
  • Good command in English
  • Good knowledge of Vietnam labor code, payroll system.
  • Competence in total reward development and management, HR budget control
  • Skillful in workforce planning, recruitment, performance management & talent development.
  • Willing to travel/ relocation
